Thesis writing

From concept to completion, we have got you covered

The six items on the poster are not six separate purchases. They are the order in which a thesis becomes submittable, and skipping one of them shows in the next.

Writing, editing and proofreading, formatting, plagiarism checking, publication support and on-time delivery. Put like that it sounds procedural, and much of it is — but the sequence matters. Formatting a chapter that is about to be restructured wastes the work. Running a similarity check before the editing pass produces a number that will change anyway. Sending a paper to a journal before the analysis is settled invites a rejection you cannot appeal.

The stage most people underestimate is structural editing, which happens before language editing and is a different activity. Structural editing asks whether Chapter 2 supports the gap claimed in Chapter 1, whether Chapter 4 answers the objectives set in Chapter 3, and whether anything is defined twice or assumed once. Language editing then makes the sentences work. Doing them in the wrong order means polishing prose that is about to be moved.

The targeted journals shown on the artwork — Scopus, SCI, SCIE and UGC-CARE — are the ones Indian universities usually require, and each has its own realistic expectations. Part of the work is telling you honestly which tier your study can reach, because aiming two tiers too high costs a year and aiming one tier too low wastes the research.

What is on the poster

What the service covers

Six areas from the poster, and what each one means in practice.

  • Chapter planning with word budgets and dated milestones
  • Structural editing: does the argument hold from Chapter 1 to Chapter 5
  • Language editing for grammar, register and academic tone
  • Consistency of terminology, notation and abbreviation throughout
  • Tables and figures rebuilt to publication quality, readable in greyscale
  • Formatting to your university's template — margins, headings, captions, front matter
  • Referencing in APA, IEEE, MLA, Harvard or a departmental style
  • Reference library set up in Mendeley, Zotero or EndNote and handed over
  • Similarity screening with the sources of overlap explained, not just a number
  • Paraphrasing guidance so the same problem does not return in the next chapter
  • Journal selection with scope fit, indexing and realistic prospects assessed
  • Manuscript preparation, cover letter, submission support and reviewer response

What we will and will not write

We do not write a thesis for a client to submit as their own unaided work. That is the line, and it does not move. What we do instead is more useful and takes more skill: we build the structure with you, tell you what each section has to achieve, read what you draft, mark what is not working and why, and rewrite passages with you so that you can see the difference.

In practice a scholar who works this way for two chapters usually needs far less help on the third. That is the intended outcome. Somebody who has had a thesis written for them cannot answer the viva, cannot write the papers that should follow, and has bought a document rather than a qualification.

Where English is a second language the balance shifts — heavy language editing is entirely legitimate and is what editing services exist for. The distinction is between improving how you have expressed your argument and inventing the argument for you. We are explicit about which side of that line any given request falls on, and we say so before taking the work.

How the work runs

How a writing engagement runs

1

Read what exists

Chapters, data, supervisor comments and the university guideline. We give you an honest assessment before any money changes hands.

2

Plan the chapters

What each chapter must achieve, how long it should be, and the date each draft is due, working backwards from your submission deadline.

3

Structural pass

The argument checked end to end, with sections moved, merged or cut and the reasoning explained.

4

Language pass

Grammar, register and clarity, delivered with tracked changes so you can see and approve every alteration.

5

Formatting and references

The university template applied exactly, and citations made consistent through a reference library you keep.

6

Similarity and submission

Screening, paraphrasing guidance, the final checklist, and — where wanted — journal selection and manuscript preparation.

Turning a thesis into papers

Most doctoral theses contain two or three publishable papers, and the best time to plan them is before the thesis is written rather than after. A chapter written with a target journal in mind needs far less rework than one converted afterwards, because the structure, the reporting standard and the length are close from the start.

The usual split is one methodological or review paper drawn from Chapter 2, and one or two empirical papers from Chapters 4 and 5. Each needs a self-contained introduction and a discussion pitched at that journal's readership, which is genuine work but far less than writing from nothing.

Self-plagiarism deserves a word here. Text reused from your own published paper in your thesis, or the reverse, has to be declared according to your university's policy and the journal's. Most institutions permit it with a statement; almost none permit it silently, and similarity software will find it. We flag every overlap and tell you what declaration your case needs.

What it costs. Price depends on scope — the size of the dataset, the number of chapters, the journal you are aiming at. Send us the actual material on WhatsApp and you will get a figure for your work, not a price list.

Questions

About this service

Will you write my chapters for me?

No. We plan, guide, edit and rewrite with you, and we are explicit about that before taking any work. Writing a thesis for someone to submit as their own unaided work is not a service we offer in any discipline.

Which journal tier can my work realistically reach?

We will tell you after reading the study, and the answer is sometimes not what people hope. Scope fit and methodological strength decide it, not the amount of work put in. Aiming accurately saves more time than any other single decision in publishing.

How long does formatting take?

For a full thesis in a university template, usually two to four working days once the content is final. Send the guideline document or a recently approved thesis from your department and we will match it exactly, including the front matter order.

Can you reduce my similarity score?

By genuine rewriting and correct citation, yes, and we show you where the overlap comes from so you can avoid repeating it. We do not interfere with similarity software, and we do not use text-spinning tools — examiners recognise the result immediately.
