We hire researchers who care whether the work is right, not just whether it is delivered.
You will be given a scholar's dataset, their objectives and their supervisor's comments, and asked to produce analysis that will survive an examiner. Then you will explain it to them until they can present it themselves.
It is careful work. It suits people who would rather get one table right than five tables finished, and who are comfortable telling a client that their framework needs rebuilding.

| Intern M.Tech / MBA / PhD |
Curiosity and care. Training given; certificate issued on completion. |
Not a certificate — a piece of work you did, with the reasoning behind it. That tells us more in two minutes than a CV does in ten.
